<br />Said Thomas Atkins a/k/a Thomas M. Atkins a/k/a Thomas Melvin Atkins, Sr., died on January
<br />13, 2020, leaving Linda J. Atkins as the surviving joint tenant and said Certificate of Death was
<br />filed on said Tracts 1 and 2 on the 16th day of March, 2023 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 202301245.
<br />The purpose of this Deed of Consolidation is to consolidate Tracts 1 and 2 to the following
