<br />This Deed is made on this 10 day of April, 2023
<br />BETWEEN LINDA J. ATKINS, an unremarried widow, whose address is 438 Woodland
<br />Drive, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, referred to as Grantor,
<br />AND LINDA J. ATKINS, an unremarried widow, whose address is 438 Woodland Drive,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, referred to as Grantee.
<br />1. Transfer of Ownership. The Grantor grants and conveys (transfers ownership of) the
<br />Property (called the "Property") described below to the Grantee. This transfer is made
<br />for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration.
<br />The Grantee acknowledges receipt of this consideration.
<br />2. Property. The property consists of the land and improvements in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, with the following legal descriptions:
<br />Tract 1: A tract of land comprising a part of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Mainland,
<br />in Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of said
<br />Section One (1); thence S 000 02' 30" W (assumed bearing), along and upon the
<br />west line of said Section One (1), a distance of One Thousand Eighty Two and Nine
<br />Hundredths (1,082.09) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence S 89° 57'
<br />30" E, a distance of Three Hundred Fifty (350.0) feet; thence S 000 02' 30" W,
<br />parallel with the west line of said Section One (1), a distance of Eight Hundred
<br />Seventeen and Seventy One Hundredths (817.71) feet; thence N 89° 57' 30" W, a
