(b) <br />2023011 74 <br />Not later than the termination of the period of the Declarant's control, the <br />unit owners shall elect an Executive Board of at least three (3) members, at <br />least the majority of whom must be unit owners. The Executive Board shall <br />elect the officers. The Executive Board members and officers shall take <br />office upon election. <br />Declarant reserves, without assent of owners of units, the right to establish <br />easements, reservations, exceptions and exclusions consistent with the <br />condominium ownership and for the best interests of all the owners in the <br />condominium, and to supplement or amend this Master Deed and <br />Declaration, or as amended, or the attached By -Laws or as amended, until <br />Declarant releases control of the Association as set forth in (a) of this <br />Article. <br />(c) Declarant further reserves the right to add to the condominium up to <br />Fifty -Four (54) more units and a clubhouse to the condominium. Declarant <br />further reserves the right to add additional lands or lots, being <br />Part of Lot Two (2), Block Two (2); Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five <br />(5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), and part of <br />Eleven (11), all in Block Three (3); Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) <br />and Four (4) in Block Four (4); and Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), <br />Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Five (5), all being <br />in The Village Fifth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />(d) Declarant reserves the right to use any units owned by it as models, sales <br />offices, and management offices. Until completion of sales by Declarant of <br />all anticipated units in the condominium, the reservation of rights in this <br />paragraph shall be applicable to any units added to the condominium. <br />(e) Declarant reserves the right to have signs of any size and whatever nature <br />advertising the condominium and easements through the common <br />elements for the purpose of constructing additional units. <br />ARTICLE VII. ALLOCATED INTEREST <br />The allocated interest in reference to the undivided interest in the common elements and <br />common expenses of the Association have been established upon a formula utilizing the square <br />footage of each unit, including the attached garage, divided by the total square footage of all units. <br />If additional units are added to the condominium, the same formula as herein set forth shall govern <br />the allocated interests after an addition in reference to the undivided interests in the common <br />elements and common expenses of the Association. Each unit is entitled to one (1) vote per unit <br />and this formula shall also govern in the event that additional units are added to this condominium. <br />The allocated interests are as follows: <br />
