202300282 <br />17. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT COSTS: Each party shall be responsible for <br />their own attorney's fees, if any, and the Plaintiff agrees to be responsible for the court costs, which <br />have been paid in full. <br />18. ADVICE OF COUNSEL: Each of the parties expressly certify that they have <br />entered into this Agreement upon mature consideration and after ample opportunity to seek the <br />advice of separate counsel; the consent of the execution of this Agreement has not been obtained by <br />duress, fraud or undue influence of any person; that no representation of the facts has been made <br />between the parties except as herein set forth; that both parties shall have full access to the books <br />and records of the other; that both parties have full knowledge of the business affairs of the other <br />and the nature, value and extent of the party of the other; that the parties agree that this Agreement <br />is fair and reasonable and not unconscionable. <br />19. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS: Each of the parties shall execute and deliver to the <br />other party any documents that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent of this <br />instrument and shall do all other things incident to this Agreement. In the event that either party <br />shall fail to comply with the provision of this paragraph within thirty (30) days thereof, the <br />Agreement shall constitute an actual grant, assignment and conveyance of each party's rights and <br />each manner and with such force and effect that shall be necessary for the terms of this Agreement. <br />THIS AGREEMENT subject to the approval of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska <br />and subject to the final order of the Court dissolving the marital relationship heretofore existing <br />between the parties.
