ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT COSTS: Each party shall be responsible for their own attorney's fees, if any, and the Plaintiff agrees to be responsible for the court costs, which have been paid in full. 18. ADVICE OF COUNSEL: Each of the parties expressly certify that they have entered into this Agreement upon mature consideration and after ample opportunity to seek the advice of separate counsel; the consent of the execution of this Agreement has not been obtained by duress, fraud or undue influence of any person; that no representation of the facts has been made between the parties except as herein set forth; that both parties shall have full access to the books and records of the other; that both parties have full knowledge of the business affairs of the other and the nature, value and extent of the party of the other; that the parties agree that this Agreement is fair and reasonable and not unconscionable. 19. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS: Each of the parties shall execute and deliver to the other party any documents that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent of this instrument and shall do all other things incident to this Agreement. In the event that either party shall fail to comply with the provision of this paragraph within thirty (30) days thereof, the Agreement shall constitute an actual grant, assignment and conveyance of each party's rights and each manner and with such force and effect that shall be necessary for the terms of this Agreement. THIS AGREEMENT subject to the approval of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska and subject to the final order of the Court dissolving the marital relationship heretofore existing between the parties. In the absence of such approval or granting of such decree, this Agreement shall be null and void.
