202300282 Plaintiff shall have quieted in her the family residence and Plaintiff shall hold the Defendant harmless on any existing debt securing said property. 11. MOTOR VEHICLES: a. The Plaintiff shall have quieted in her the 2016 Subaru Forester, YIN JF2SJAHC6GH456298, and the Plaintiff shall hold the Defendant harmless on any existing debt securing said property. b. The Defendant shall have quieted in him the 2010 Kia Forte, KNAFU4A23A5855170, and the Defendant shall hold the Plaintiff harmless on any existing debt securing said property. c. The Defendant shall have quieted in him the 2006 Ford F150, I Ftpwl4v16kd87924, and the Defendant shall hold the Plaintiff harmless on any existing debt securing said property. 12. MARITAL DEBT: The parties have no marital debt. 13. RETIREMENT BENEFITS/LIFE INSURANCE Each party hereby agrees that any retirement plan he or she currently holds, shall be quieted in that party. The other spouse will have no interest or claim in the other's retirement plan. 14. TAX EXEMPTIONS: The Plaintiff and Defendant shall each claim one child as a tax exemption for income tax purposes for the year 2021 and every year thereafter until there is only one (1) child claimed at which time the exemption shall alternate with Plaintiff receiving it in the odd years and Defendant in the even years. However, Defendant shall waive his right to claim the tax exemption if he is not current on his child support obligation. 15. OTHER DEBT: Both parties acknowledge that they will not hereafter make any purchases or contracts or incur any expenses, debts, charges, or liabilities in the name or upon the credit of the other party, his or her legal representative or his or her property or estate. 16. OTHER PROPERTY: Both Plaintiff and Defendant agree and accept as specifically provided in this Agreement, all property of any kind hereafter acquired by the parties and all income and earnings of either of them, shall constitute and be the sole and separate property by whom the property is acquired. All property of any kind hereafter acquired and owned by the parties shall remain in the possession of such party except as provided in this Agreement. 7
