202300282 <br />H. Telephone: Both parties have unlimited telephone and email contact as <br />long as it is reasonable in both duration and number of contacts. Both parents <br />shall make the best effort to return all phone calls from the opposity parent with a <br />2 -hour time frame to allow children the ability communicate. All purchases of <br />cellular devices must be approved by both parents. When a device is purchased <br />both parents must work towards monitoring the use of the device. <br />I. Education/Daycare: Both the Mother and Father will take all measures <br />necessary to ensure regular and continuous school attendance by either minor <br />child and both will communicate with school officials on an as -needed basis to <br />assure the child is attending school regularly, does not have an inordinate number <br />of explained or unexplained absences and that either child is making appropriate <br />scholastic achievements. If problems are noted by school officials, both parents <br />shall work together closely to deal with such problems and enforce repercussions <br />if either child is not completing assignments or making satisfactory progress in <br />accordance with the ability of the child. In all instances where the children may <br />be placed in childcare, parents agree to offer that time to the opposite parent prior <br />to finding other childcare. If non -family members are used as childcare providers <br />and are not part of a business, church, or school, both parents must agree prior. <br />J. Non -Family Visits: Each parent must be notified at least 3 days in <br />advance of children spending the nights at a non -family member's home. Both <br />parents must agree to this overnight stay. <br />K. Transition Plan: The noncustodial parent shall pick up the children from <br />the custodial parent at the beginning of each parenting time period and return the <br />children to the custodial parent at the end of each parenting time period. <br />Neither parent shall do any act that will estrange the minor children from the other parent or <br />perform any act that will hamper the natural development of the love and affection that the children <br />have for each parent. <br />On all matters of importance relating to the health, welfare, or education of the minor <br />children, the parties shall confer with the view of mutually reaching an acceptable determination of <br />the issues.
