202300282 Thanksgiving holiday, including Thanksgiving Day, and shall begin at 3:30 p.m. on the day the children are released from school and end at 6:00 p.m. on the day before the children return to school. (0 Christmas: This holiday period shall be defined as that time during which the children are excused from school for the Christmas holiday and shall begin at 3:30 p.m. on the day the children are released from school and end at 6:00 p.m. on December 27. (g) New Year's Day: This holiday period shall begin at 6:00 p.m. on December 27 and end at 6:00 p.m. on the day before school is to begin. (h) The Children's Birthdays: This shall be the actual birthdays of the children, and shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and shall end at 7:00 p.m. D. Father's/Mother's Day: Every year the Father shall have the children on Father's Day and the Mother shall have the children on Mother's Day. This holiday shall begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 7:00 p.m. on the Sunday on which this holiday is nationally observed. E. Parents' Birthdays: Every year the Father shall have the children on his birthday and the Mother shall have the children on her birthday. This parenting time shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. on the birthday. F. Summer: The noncustodial parent shall have, beginning summer 2022, the children for two (2) continuous weeks during the children's school summer vacation. During this period of time, the custodial parent is entitled to the same parenting time the noncustodial parent would have if the children were with the noncustodial parent. The noncustodial parent is to notify the custodial parent, in writing, not later than April 1 of each calendar year of the dates he will exercise his summer parenting time. The noncustodial parent must also provide the general location and schedule of where the parenting time will take place. G. School Conference Weeks: During school conference weeks in October and February, the noncustodial parent shall have visitation from the time school is released at 2:00 p.m. on the days that the custodial parent must work until 8:00 p.m.
