202300159 <br />2) Expansion of Jurisdiction. The Unit Owners may expand the <br />Condominium or may merge or consolidate with an adjoining condominium <br />regime upon the unanimous consent of all Unit Owners. <br />3) Notices. Notice of matters affecting the Condominium may be given to Unit <br />Owners by the Association or by other Unit Owners in accordance with the <br />Association Bylaws. <br />ARTICLE 4. MEMBERSHIP, VOTING RIGHTS AND ALLOCATIONS <br />1) Membership. Every owner of any Unit shall be a Member of the Association, <br />excluding Persons who hold only a Security Interest. Membership shall be <br />appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership of any Unit. <br />Ownership of such Unit shall be the sole qualification for membership. When <br />more than one (1) Person holds an ownership interest in any Unit, all such <br />Persons shall be Members; however, the vote for such Unit shall be exercised <br />as they among themselves determine but in no event shall more than one (1) <br />vote be cast with respect to any Unit. <br />2) Allocated Interests. Each Unit Owner shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each <br />Unit owned with respect to all matters before the Association.
