That on November 30, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., Grantor performed a Trustee's Sale in the lower lobby <br />of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Grantor <br />accepted the bid of JEFFERY SMITH AND PATRICIA SMITH, husband and wife, in the sum <br />of One Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred One and 00/100 Dollars ($105,201.00) as the highest <br />bid upon said real property.
