202208381 <br />a legal newspaper of Hall County, Nebraska, once a week for five consecutive weeks commencing <br />on October 10, 2022 and ending November 7, 2022. The last publication notice was at least ten, <br />but not more than thirty, days prior to the Trustee's Sale scheduled for November 30, 2022. <br />6. That on November 30, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., Grantor performed a Trustee's Sale in the lower lobby <br />of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Grantor <br />accepted the bid of JEFFERY SMITH AND PATRICIA SMITH, husband and wife, in the sum <br />of One Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred One and 00/100 Dollars ($105,201.00) as the highest <br />bid upon said real property.
