LI Lp <br />("LESSOR") and USA OUTDOORS, L.L. ., a N = • = Limited Liability Company, <br />whose address is 2605 2nd Avenue, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68847 ("LESSEE"). <br />1. 1.ocatjon: In consideration of the rent provkled for in this lease, LESSOR <br />leases to LESSEE that portion of real estate ming to LESSOR looted in <br />County, Nebraska, at the <br />address of 1 t -i. Term: The term of this lease shall be for a period of five (5) years from the <br />date this Lease Agreement is made. Provided, that this Lease shall automatically <br />renew for five (5) consecutive five-year terms unless written notice is given to LESSOR <br />by LESSEE thirty (30) days poor to the date of the next yearly arwriversoy of the start <br />date when the term will expire.
