202208199 <br />Second Note, with interest at a rate subject to adjustment (interest), and all renewals, extensions and <br />modifications of the Note; (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest, advanced under paragraph 5 <br />to protect the security of this Security Instrument or otherwise due under the terms of this Security <br />Instrument; and (c) the performance of Borrower's covenants and agreements under this Security <br />Instrument, the Second Note and Loan Agreement. The full debt, including amounts described in (a), <br />(b), and (c) above, if not due earlier, is due and payable on March 27, 2093. For this purpose, Borrower <br />and Trustor irrevocably mortgages, grants, assigns, bargains, sells and conveys to Trustee, its successors <br />and assigns, in trust, with POWER OF SALE and right of entry and possesion, the following described <br />property located in HALL County, NEBRASKA: <br />See legal description as Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents and <br />purposes <br />which has the address of <br />4340 ASTER DRIVE, GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska 68803, ("Property Address") <br />TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />rights, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and <br />additions, shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of the foregoing is referred to in this <br />Security Instrument as the "Property." <br />BORROWER AND TRUSTOR COVENANT that each is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed <br />and has the right to grant and convey the Property and that the Property is only encumbered by a First <br />Security Instrument given by Borrower and dated the same date as this Security Instrument ("First <br />Security Instrument"). Borrower and Trustor warrant and will defend generally the title to the Property <br />against all claims and demands, subject to any encumbrances of record. <br />BORROWER AND TRUSTOR COVENANT that any spouse of Borrower entitled to the homestead <br />exemption under Nebraska law are signatories of this Security Instrument. <br />BORROWER AND TRUSTOR COVENANT that if the property is covered by the Nebraska Farm <br />Homestead Protection Act, Buyer and Trustor warrant that any spouse having claim to rights thereunder <br />has executed an acknowledgement and waiver of such rights recroded herewith. <br />THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT combines uniform covenants for national use and non-uniform <br />covenants with limited variations by jurisdiction to constitute a uniform security instrument covering <br />real property. <br />UNIFORM COVENANTS.
