202206098 <br />mortgage or pledge any property to any lender, including my <br />attorney individually. <br />5. COLLECTING DEBTS AND HANDLING LITIGATION. To demand, sue <br />for, receive and otherwise take steps to collect or recover all <br />debts, damages and all other property to which I may be entitled or <br />which are or may become due me from any person or organization; to <br />commence, or to defend, and to abandon all legal proceedings in <br />which I am or may hereafter be interested; and to settle any <br />accounts, debts, claims, disputes and matters now existing or which <br />may hereafter arise between me and any other person or organization <br />and to grant any extension of time for the payment or satisfaction <br />thereof on any terms, with or without security. <br />6. INSURANCE. To continue to carry, purchase, cancel or <br />dispose of fire, casualty, property or income protection, medical, <br />hospital, life, liability or other insurance and to pay any <br />premiums thereon. <br />7. GIFTS. To make gifts, grants or other transfers without <br />consideration, either outright or in trust, (including the <br />forgiveness of indebtedness) to such persons or organizations as my <br />attorney-in-fact shall select, including gifts to such <br />attorney-in-fact who is either a relative or the spouse of a <br />relative. <br />8. VOTING OF STOCK. To vote and give proxies to vote stock <br />and other securities in all matters which may come before the <br />shareholders of any organization. <br />9. TAXES. To appear and represent me in all tax matters. To <br />prepare, sign and file federal, state, or local income, gift, other <br />tax returns of all kinds, claims for refunds, requests for <br />extensions of time, ruling requests, petitions to the Tax Court or <br />other courts regarding tax matters, and any and all other tax <br />related documents including, without limitation, receipts, offers, <br />waivers, consents, closing agreements and any power of attorney <br />form required by the Internal Revenue Service, the State Department <br />of Revenue, or other taxing authority with respect to any tax year <br />as set forth below, to pay taxes due, collect refunds, post bonds, <br />2 <br />
