Obermeier of Aurora, Nebraska, (hereinafter referred to as my attorney) as my true and lawful agent and attorney, for me and in my name with reference to any and all interests from time to time owned by me in property, real or personal, wherever located, or other matters in which I from time to time may have a personal or financial interest.
