BLACKBURN, being first -50 <br />duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states as follows: <br />1. That Affiant is attorney for DOROTHY SIGLER NORTON, <br />Grantee in the Trustee's Deed to which this Affidavit is attached, <br />wherein DOROTHY SIGLER NORTON is named as Successor Trustee under <br />the LYDA DELL SIGLER LIVING TRUST dated the 10th day of February, <br />1993, and Affiant deposes and states as follows: <br />A. That LYDA DELL SIGLER, sometimes known as LYDA B. SIGLER, <br />died on June 25, 2000, and at the time of her death the <br />LYDA DELL SIGLER LIVING TRUST dated February 10, 1993, <br />was in full force and effect. <br />B. That pursuant to the terms and conditions of the said <br />LYDA DELL SIGLER LIVING TRUST, DOROTHY SIGLER NORTON was <br />appointed Successor Trustee and became Successor Trustee <br />on June 25, 2000, and now is the duly qualified and <br />acting Successor Trustee of the LYDA DELL SIGLER LIVING <br />TRUST dated February 10, 1993. <br />C. That pursuant to the terms of said LYDA DELL SIGLER <br />LIVING TRUST, said DOROTHY SIGLER NORTON as Successor <br />Trustee, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of said <br />LYDA DELL SIGLER LIVING TRUST, said Successor Trustee <br />conveyed to DOROTHY SIGLER NORTON, as Grantee, by <br />Trustee's Deed made and executed on November 20, 2000, <br />the real property set forth on said Trustee's Deed, to <br />which Deed this Affidavit is attached and made a part <br />hereof by reference. <br />Further Affiant sayeth not. <br />DATED the 27th day of November, 2000. <br />WILLIAM G.
