Having reexamined the legal description in the Lease and the records <br />of Kuester Lake, Inc., 1 find that the legal description of the leased <br />premises should have read as follows: <br />Lots Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24), except <br />the South Ten (10) feet, having a lake front footage of 223 feet, <br />situated on the west side of the west portion of Kuester Lake and being <br />on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SW1) in <br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly <br />side by the common road; and <br />5. The Lease terminates on September 30, 2048. All other terms of said <br />Lease remain in full force and effect. <br />r � <br />Duane A.
