I am an attorney practicing law in Hall County, Nebraska and have <br />been as such for more than fifty years; <br />2. I have represented Kuester Lake, Inc. for the past twenty-five years <br />and am familiar with the leases and legal descriptions to the property <br />during that time; <br />3. On or about October 11, 2013, I prepared the attached Lease <br />Agreement between Kuester Lake, Inc. Lessor and August E. Van Wie <br />and Connie J. Van Wie, husband and wife as joint tenants on the <br />following described premises: <br />Lots Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four <br />(24), except the South Ten (10) feet, having a lake front <br />footage of 97 feet, situated on the west side of the east <br />portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half <br />of the Southwest Quarter (E'/2SW'/) in Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly side <br />by the common road; and <br />ON SV G3113.1143 <br />
