202200975 <br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real <br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter <br />collectively referred to as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold <br />the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated November 26, 2018, owing <br />from Trustor to the Beneficiaries, WILLIAM BARGE and WENDY WILLMAN, pursuant to the <br />terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />By: <br />Brandon S.
