<br />The undersigned, Brandon S. Connick, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated November 26, 2018, wherein MICHAEL FRANZ WIECK, a single person,
<br />MICHAEL LESSLIE WIECK and ROSWITHA PAULA WIECK, husband and wife, BRIAN
<br />LESLIE WIECK, a single person, and MARK JAMES WIECK, a single person, are the Trustors,
<br />which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />November 26, 2018 as Instrument No. 201807643; and contains as trust property the following -

<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E '/2 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27)
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, sometimes also known and described as Lot One (1) on Island, and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4), Section Twenty -Seven
<br />(27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />and easements of record; Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed
