200109649 EASEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made September /1 , 2001, between Nebraska Trap Association, a Non - Profit Corporation, located within the State ofNebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor ", and the Village of Doniphan, a Municipal Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, located in Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" SECTION I. RIGHT -OF -WAY Inconsideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor grants, sells and conveys to Grantee, a right -of- way for purposes of laying, constructing, operating, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, substituting, relocating and removing a water main and the installation of a well and well house for purposes of pumping and transporting water to the municipal water system within a route and location to be determined by the Grantee on, in, over and through the following described land located in Hall County, Nebraska: A permanent easement located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW' /4 NW' /4) Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Oh P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the West Quarter (W' /4) corner of said Section Five (5); thence east along the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4) a distance of One Hundred Fifty Feet (150.0') to the east right -of -way line of Highway 281, also the point of beginning,; thence north along the east right -of -way line of Highway 281 a distance of One Thousand Fifty Feet (1050.0'); thence east along a line that is parallel to the south line of said (NW' /4) a distance of Two Hundred Sixty Feet (260.0'); thence south along a line that is parallel to the east right -of -way line of highway 281 a distance of Two Hundred Feet; thence west along a line that is parallel to the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4) a distance of Two Hundred Feet (200.0'); thence south along a line that is parallel to the east right -of -way line of Highway 281 a distance of Seven Hundred Ninety Feet (790.0'); thence east along a line that is parallel to the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4) a distance of Nine Hundred Sixty Feet (960.0'); thence south along a line that is parallel to the east right -of -way line of Highway 281 a distance of Sixty Feet (60.0') to the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4); thence west along the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4) a distance of One Thousand Twenty Feet (1020.0') to the east right - of -way line of Highway 281, also the point of beginning.
