202110773 <br />WHEREAS, the Personal Representative, Gian and Michael executed a replat of the <br />Purchased Property and the Retained Property recorded July 26, 2021 as Document No. <br />202106304 with the Hall County Register of Deeds and surveyed, subdivided, platted and <br />designated the following described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), Baxter Acres Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />Lot Two (2), Baxter Acres Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to terminate the 2014 Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed: <br />1. 2014 Agreement. The 2014 Agreement is terminated and shall be of no further <br />force and effect. <br />2. Restrictive Covenants under 2014 Agreement. The Restrictive Covenants under <br />Paragraph 1 of the 2014 Agreement are terminated and shall be of no further force and effect. <br />3. Easement under 2014 Agreement. The Easement under paragraph 2 of the 2014 <br />Agreement is terminated and shall be of no further force and effect. <br />4. Right of First Refusal under 2014 Agreement.
