2(2110445 <br />prior to the application for treasurer's tax deed. The Notice of Application for Tax Deed is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1833. <br />7. BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC served, or caused to be served, the Notice of <br />Application for Tax Deed by personal or residential service as described in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25- <br />505.01 upon a person in actual possession or occupancy of the Real Estate and upon the person <br />in whose name the title to the Real Estate appears of record who could be found in this state. <br />Copies of the service returns are attached hereto as Exhibit "D" and incorporated herein pursuant <br />to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1833. <br />8. If the person in actual possession or occupancy of the Real Estate could not be served by <br />personal or residential service, then the Notice of Application for Tax Deed was served or caused <br />to be served by certified mail service, as described in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-505.01, to the address <br />of the property, if any. <br />9. If the person in whose name the title to the Real Estate appears of record could not be <br />found in this state or could not be served by personal or residential service, then the Notice of <br />Application for Tax Deed was served or caused to be served by certified mail service, as described <br />in Section 25-505.01, to the address to which the property tax statement was mailed. <br />10. BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC served, or caused to be served, the Notice of <br />Application for Tax Deed by certified mail service, as described in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-505.01, <br />upon every encumbrancer of record found by the title search of the Real Estate pursuant to Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. § 77-1832. Copies of all original certified mail return receipts and envelopes are <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "E" and incorporated herein pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1833. <br />11. Because one or more of the encumbrancers of record, persons in possession or <br />occupancy, or title holders of record could not be served pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1832, <br />BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC caused the Notice of Application for Tax Deed to be served by <br />publication in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1834 and 77-1835 in The Grand Island <br />Independent, a newspaper published in Hall County, and having a general circulation in Hall <br />County, which notice was published for three consecutive weeks, with the last publication not <br />being less than three months prior to the application for the tax deed. Proof of publication by <br />affidavit of the publisher, manager or other employee of The Grand Island Independent is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "F" and incorporated herein. <br />12. To the knowledge of the undersigned, all conditions required by statute effective and in <br />existence at the time of the issuance of the Tax Sale Certificate identified herein have been <br />complied with in order that the Treasurer of Hall County may issue a treasurer's tax deed to <br />BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC. <br />
