I am the attorney for BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability <br />Company, and have knowledge of the facts related herein. <br />2. The property is commonly described as 226 Arapahoe Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68801, <br />and legally described as Lot 2, Block 5, Dale Roush Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />(the "Real Estate"). <br />3. BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC is the owner and holder of Tax Sale Certificate No. <br />20180088, which was issued on or about March 6, 2018. A copy of the Tax Sale Certificate is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein. <br />4. The original Tax Sale Certificate is held by the Treasurer of Hall County. <br />5. A registered abstracter conducted a title search of the Real Estate. The title search was <br />completed to determine all persons and entities who are entitled to notice pursuant to Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. § 77-1832. A copy of the title search is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated <br />herein. <br />6. BORROMEO LAND HOLDINGS LLC, as purchaser of Tax Sale Certificate, served, or caused <br />to be served the Notice of Application for Tax Deed pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1831, 77- <br />1832, 77-1834, and/or 77-1835 to all persons and entities who were entitled to notice, as <br />described below. The Notice of Application for Tax Deed was served more than three (3) months <br />
