PUNCOCHAR conveyed title to the Trustee <br />of the Trust in and to the real estate described on Exhibit C <br />attached and incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety <br />by Quitclaim Deed dated March 7, 2000 and recorded as Instrument <br />No. 200002125 in the Real Estate Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />7. That the Trust has not been terminated nor has the <br />Trust been revoked, modified or amended to make any <br />representation contained herein incorrect. <br />8. That there are no other provisions in the Trust <br />instrument or amendments to it which limit the powers of the <br />Trustee to sell, convey, pledge, mortgage, lease, or transfer <br />title to interests in real or personal property; that I know of <br />no facts or legal claims which might impair the validity of the <br />Trust; and that the Trust is not supervised by any Court. <br />9.
