COUNTY OF HALL The undersigned, being first duly sworn and subscribed under penalty of perjury before a notary public, state as follows: 1. That I am the successor Trustee of the HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR REVOCABLE TRUST, dated February 21, 1997, and therefore have personal knowledge of the statements made herein. 2. That HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR executed a Revocable Trust known as the HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR REVOCABLE TRUST on February 21, 1997, hereinafter referred to as the "Trust", and appointed himself as Trustee of the Trust. 3. That HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR passed away on February 3, 2021 and, by the terms of the Trust, the undersigned was appointed the Trustee of the Trust and I accepted said appointment. 4. That HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR conveyed title to the Trustee of the Trust in and to the real estate described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety by Quitclaim Deed dated February 21, 1997 and recorded as Document No. 97-103244 in the Real Estate Records of Hall County, Nebraska. 5. That HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR conveyed title to the Trustee of the Trust in and to the real estate described on Exhibit B attached and incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety by Quitclaim Deed dated November 26, 1999 and recorded as Instrument No. 200000011 in the Real Estate Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
