Said determination of appraised fair market <br />value by the Escrow Agent shall be conclusive. <br />(a) The $50.00 consideration paid for this option shall be <br />credited against the purchase price. <br />(b) The balance of the purchase price shall be deposited <br />into escrow with the Escrow Agent in cash or its equivalent after <br />the exercise of the option and on or before the closing date <br />hereinafter set forth. <br />5. If the Optionees do not exercise the option, the $50.00 <br />paid as consideration for the option shall be delivered by the <br />Escrow Agent, free of all claims by the Optionees, to the <br />Optionors as their respective interests may appear and no party <br />hereto shall have any further claims against any other party <br />hereto. <br />6. In the event Optionees decide to exercise this option, <br />the transaction will close within ninety (90) days after delivery <br />or mailing of written notice by the Optionees to exercise the <br />option. <br />7. At the execution of this option, the parties acknowledge <br />that the present ownership of the property is in the name of the <br />Optionors as tenants in common.
