SSA <br />• OPTION AnDREMENT <br />90-- 407327 <br />THIS OPTION AQRRRMENT made and entered into by and between <br />the Optionors, the Optionees and the Escrow Agent (hereinafter <br />designated as such) signatory hereto. <br />1. For $50.00 and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the escrow Agent, as <br />Agent for Optionors, the Optionors grant to the Optionees the <br />exclusive option to purchase, upon the following terms and <br />conditions, certain real estate in Adams County, Nebraska and in <br />Hall County, Nebraska (the "property ") , described as set forth on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, and improvements on such property owned by mptionors. <br />2. This option shall remain in full force and effect for a <br />period commencing on the date of death of Edna C. Lindeburg, life <br />tenant, and terminating six (6) months after the date of death of <br />Edna C. Lindeburg, life tenant. This six (6) month period is the <br />"exercise period ". <br />3. This option to purchase may be exercised at any time <br />during the exercise period by written notice to the Optionors, <br />delivered or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />to the Optionors' address set forth as part of the signature lines <br />below. <br />4. The purchase price for the property is the fair market <br />value of the property on the date of death of Edna C. Lindeburg <br />which shall be determined, as soon after said date of death as <br />reasonably possible, by a licensed real estate appraiser selected <br />by the Escrow Agent, as Agent for the optionors and the Optionees, <br />and payable as described below.
