A <br />connection fee in the amount of the benefit identified below .accruing to each property in the <br />district shall be paid to the City of Grand Island at the time such property becomes connected to <br />the water main. No property benefited as determined by this resolution shall be connected to the <br />water main until the connection fee is paid. The connection fees collected shall be paid into the <br />fund from which construction costs were made to replenish such fund for the construction costs. <br />According to the front foot and area of the respective lots, tracts, and real estate <br />within such Water Main District 430T, such benefits are the sums set opposite the descriptions as <br />follows: <br />Name Description Connection <br />Fee <br />City of Grand Island Utility Part of the SE' /4 of Section 15-11-9; more particularly $12,186.79 <br />Department described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of Lot <br />Seventy Two (72), Industrial Addition and the westerly <br />right -of -way line of Stuhr Road; thence southerly along the <br />westerly line of said Stuhr Road to a point on the northerly <br />line of the SE' /4, SEV4 of Section 15 -11 -9; thence westerly <br />along the northerly line of the SE' /4, SE' /4 of said Section 15, <br />to a point two hundred sixty (260.0) feet west of the easterly <br />line of said Section 15; thence northerly, parallel with the <br />westerly right -of -way line of said Stuhr Road, to a point on <br />the southerly line of said Lot Seventy Two (72) Industrial <br />Addition; thence southeasterly, along the southerly line of <br />Approved as to Form <br />November 6, 2000 ♦ City AtTorney <br />
