202105 39 liability insurance, the workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance and the automobile liability insurance. (v) Property Insurance with "Special Form" coverage, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of full replacement cost of the building and improvements on the Owner Property (excluding footings, foundations and excavations). (b) Prior to commencing any construction activities within the Owner Property, Owner shall obtain or require its contractor to obtain and thereafter maintain so long as such construction activity is occurring, at least the minimum insurance coverages as set forth below: (i) Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by any applicable law or regulation and Employer's Liability insurance in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each accident for bodily injury, One Million Dollars ($I,000,000.00) policy limit for bodily injury by disease, and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each employee for bodily injury by disease. (ii) Commercial General Liability Insurance covering all operations by or on behalf of the contractor, which shall include the following minimum limits of liability and coverages: (A) Required coverages: (1) Premises and Operations. (2) Products and Completed Operations. (3) Contractual Liability, insuring the indemnity obligations assumed by contractor under the contract documents. (4) Broad Form Property Damage (including Completed Operations). (5) Explosion, Collapse and Underground Hazards. (6) Personal Injury Liability. (13) Minimum limits of liability: (1) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each occurrence (for bodily injury and property damage). (2) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for Personal Injury Liability. (3) Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) aggregate for Products and Completed Operations. (4) Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) general aggregate applying separately to this project. 8
