Borrego prior to his marriage to her, (iii) that he is familiar with the real estate which is described in the foregoing deed and knows the value thereof, (iv) that he is familiar with the property and finances and obligations of Louisa Z. Borrego, has adequate knowledge thereof, and voluntarily waives his right to receive any additional information about them, and (v) by executing this acknowledgment and the foregoing deed he voluntarily waives any and all right, title, claim and interest in and to the real estate described therein, including any and all right of homestead allowance, exempt property, family allowance and right of election of surviving spouse to which he might otherwise become entitled under the provisions of the Nebraska Probate Code.
