BORREGO, FORMERLY KNOWN AS LOUISA ZAVALA AND AS <br />LOUISA R. ZAVALA, AND TIRZO B. BORREGO, wife and husband, each in <br />her and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein called <br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR d <br />($1.00) AND OTHER AND GOOD VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received from <br />Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />LOUISA Z. BORREGO, VINCENT A. ZAVALA, JR., AND MARY VALDEZ <br />TRUSTEES OF THE LOUISA Z. BORREGO TRUST, the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The West Twenty -five (25) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) and <br />all of each of Lots Sixteen (16), Eighteen (18), Twenty <br />(20), Twenty -two (22), Twenty -four (24), Twenty -six <br />(26) and Twenty -eight (28), of Foster's Subdivision of <br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Wood Lawn <br />Subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (SE'-4NEI-4) and part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEI-4SE'-4) of Section <br />Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve <br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assigns <br />forever.
