<br />WHEREAS, that certain Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,
<br />Restrictions, and Design Guidelines for Copper Creek Estates dated November 1, 2013, filed of
<br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 21, 2013 as
<br />Instrument No. 201309222 (the "Covenants"), was recorded against the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Forty -Nine (49) through Ninety -Seven (97) and Outlot "C" in Copper Creek
<br />Estates Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska (now known as Lots Forty -Nine (49) through Sixty -Two (62), Seventy -
<br />Seven (77), Seventy -Eight (78), Eighty -Seven (87), Eighty -Eight (88), and Ninety -
<br />Three (93) through Ninety -Seven (97), in Copper Creek Estates Subdivision, an

<br />"A" and "B", in Copper Creek Estates Third Subdivision, an Addition to the City

<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Copper Creek Estates Fourth Subdivision, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lots One (1) through Twenty (20), in Copper Creek Estates Fifth Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, that certain Declaration of Inclusion dated May 18, 2015, filed of record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on May 19, 2015 as Instrument No.
<br />201503253, subjecting the real estate described therein to the Covenants, was recorded against the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:
