By deleting therefrom Article VIII Paragraph V and adding in its place and stead the <br />following: <br />V. Fences. Fencing shall not be constructed on any Lot except along a rear lot line, around <br />the periphery of the subdivision or extending outward from a townhome or rowhome along <br />a common lot line for no more than 12 feet. Railings for decks and courtyards shall be <br />allowed upon a lot. Unless installed by the developer or its subcontractors, fence design, <br />location and materials as well as railings must be approved by the Declarant under Article <br />XIII, Paragraph C of this Declaration. Invisible fencing for animal control is <br />permitted.
