202102287 March 16, 2021 Resolution Vacation of portions of 70th Road north of Schultz Road (Including the curve on Alda Road - Link L40C) NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Commissioners deem it in the public's interest to vacate the above described portions of 70th Road north of Schultz Road (including the curve on Alda Road - Link L40C) with titles to the vacated road right-of-way reverting to the abutting property owners as follows upon the condition that payment is made prior to recording the change of ownership: Tract # 1, as described above and shown on the attached survey record, shall revert to the owner of Lot # 1 of the Alda South Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska for a sum of $5,000. Tract # 2, as described above and shown on the attached survey record, shall revert to the owner of Lot # 1 of the Alda South Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska. Tract # 3, as described above and shown on the attached survey record, shall revert to the owner of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter (SW'/4 SW1/4), Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVBED that in accordance herewith, the Hall County Clerk is directed to file this resolution with the Register of Deeds and indexed against all affected parcels.
