202101607 <br />Except for purposes of appeal, for purposes of remarriage, and for purposes of <br />continuation of health insurance coverage, this Decree becomes final and operative thirty <br />(30) days after the Decree is entered or on the date of death of one of the parties to the <br />dissolution, whichever occurs first. If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the <br />date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution, the Decree shall be treated as if it <br />became final and operative on the date it was entered. For purposes of remarriage, this <br />Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months after the Decree is rendered or on the <br />date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution, whichever comes first. If the Decree <br />becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to the <br />dissolution, the Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was <br />entered. <br />For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this Decree becomes <br />the property division as set forth herein, and both parties are ordered to perform and abide <br />by the terms hereto. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the marriage of Plaintiff and Defendant is <br />irretrievably broken; that all reasonable efforts to effect a reconciliation of the marriage <br />have been made, but that such efforts have failed; that there is no reasonable possibility <br />that the marriage of the Plaintiff and Defendant will be reconciled; and that the marriage <br />shall be dissolved. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff is awarded care, custody and <br />control of the parties' minor child, he being: Meratain Perez Barrios, born in 1997, <br />subject to the Parenting Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by <br />said reference. That since the Court does not have personal jurisdiction over the <br />Defendant, no child support is ordered at this time. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties, and each of them, are ordered and <br />directed to abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Custody and Property Division <br />as hereinabove set forth in the Decree, and the terms of said Property Division as above <br />set forth shall be and are approved by the Court and shall be enforced by all remedies <br />available for the enforcement of a judgment, including contempt proceedings, pursuant to <br />Neb.
