<br /> in any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions, and the remainders

<br /> constitute a fixture, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby

<br /> 1. PAYMENT OF IND�BTEDNESS. Trustor shall pay when due, the p�incipal
<br /> ' of, and the interest�on, tf�e indebtedne�s evidenced by thP Deed of Trust Note, charges,
<br /> fees, and all other sums as pr�vid�d in the Loan Instruments.
