<br /> together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances lacatsd thereon or
<br /> in any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions, and the remainders
<br /> thereof, including a!! such p�rsanaF property t�iat is attached to the improvements so as to
<br /> constitute a fixture, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby
<br /> �Jeclared to be a part of the real estat�conveyed in trust hereby, it bein� agreed that all of

<br /> FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURIfVG:
<br /> (a) Th� payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's note of �ven date

<br /> 1. PAYMENT OF IND�BTEDNESS. Trustor shall pay when due, the p�incipal
<br /> ' of, and the interest�on, tf�e indebtedne�s evidenced by thP Deed of Trust Note, charges,
<br /> fees, and all other sums as pr�vid�d in the Loan Instruments.
