VALORIE BENDIXEN <br />CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT <br />THIS MATTER came on for hearing on the ' day of 0114 Y , 2008, before <br />the Honorable James D. Livingston, District Judge. Plaintiff was personally present in Court with <br />his attorney, John B. McDermott. The Defendant was personally present in Court with her attorney, <br />James. H. Truell. <br />The parties adduced evidence and the Court being fully advised in the file and the premises <br />finds as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. The parties were married on February 14, 2002, and two children have been born to the <br />parties, namely: Emily Colleen Trejo, born August 28, 1997, and Amaya Isabel Trejo, born <br />December 25, 2003. <br />3. Neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant is a party to any other action pending in this or any <br />other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />4. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and all efforts at reconciliation have <br />failed; that the marriage of the parties should be and is hereby dissolved. <br />5. The care, custody and control of the minor children, Emily Colleen Trejo, born August <br />28, 1997, and Amaya Isabel Trejo, born December 25, 2003, be granted to the Defendant subject to <br />rights of reasonable visitation by the Plaintiff, consisting of every other weekend, holiday visitation <br />as per the attached modified Wilson v.
