To pay, as my attorney shall think fit, any debts, or interest, payable by me, or taxes, assessments, and expenses due and payable or to become due and payable for my use and benefit, or for the use and benefit of any person to whom I have a legal obligation to support. 13. APPOINTMENT OF OTHER ATTORNEYS. To substitute and appoint in my attorney's place and stead (on such terms and at such salary or compensation as my attorney shall think fit) one or more attorneys to exercise for me as my attorney or attorneys any and all of the powers and authorities hereby conferred, and to revoke any such appointment from time to time, and to substitute or appoint any other or others in the place of such attorney or attorneys, as my attorney shall, from time to time, think fit. 14. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS. To retain, invest in and acquire property by purchase, lease or any other lawful means, to otherwise manage, sell, or purchase such property, to transfer, convey, mortgage, abandon, improve, repair, maintain, insure, lease for any term, and to otherwise deal with all such property and to release and waive any right of homestead that I may have. To retain and continue to operate, to manage, or to acquire and invest in, or terminate and dispose of, any business or property -holding organizations under the laws of any jurisdiction. 15. PERSONAL AND MEDICAL CARE. To make each and every judgement necessary for the proper and adequate care and custody of me and me family; to employ, pay for, and discharge such domestic help, nursing services, and practical and/or registered nurses as my attorney may determine to be in the best interests of my health. 16.
