NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Luis S. Prado and Nelly Prado, husband and wife Trustors, did on or
<br />about August 1, 2000, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed
<br />of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Lot Five (5) in Block Sixteen (16) in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Associates Financial Services
<br />Company, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded on August 3, 2000 in Instrument No. 2000 -06287 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on December 10, 2000 through August 10, 2001,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
