2C200441,2.. <br />minutes, 32 seconds right, a distance of 117.15 feet; thence Northeasterly deflecting <br />015 degrees, 36 minutes, 05 seconds right, a distance of 139.70 feet; thence Easterly <br />deflecting 064 degrees, 52 minutes, 35 seconds right, a distance of 34.72 feet along <br />the Southerly existing Street right of way line to the point of beginning; and <br />Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11), Westgate Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, replatted as that part of Lot Two (2) of Westgate Fourth <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which formerly <br />comprised Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of Westgate Subdivision, plus that <br />additional part of Lot Two (2) of Westgate Fourth Subdivision which lies east of a <br />line which is parallel to the westerly line of Lot Eleven (11) of Westgate <br />Subdivision, and which parallel line lies 100 feet west of the west line of the <br />existing building on the real estate, commonly known as 3904 West Highway 30, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, all the owners of the Subject Property desire to rescind, invalidate, and <br />terminate the Restrictive Covenants. <br />agreed: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, it is <br />1.
