<br /> AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION paid,receipt of which is hereby aclmowledgc,does
<br /> hereby gant, l+azgain, sell and convey to the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br /> Municipal Corporation(Crrantee),a permanent and perpetual easement for drainage,tlood control,
<br /> siorage,i«o:,itorir.g:.n�t��tin;�f s�!sFas?wAters in the leke,known as Firethome Lake,located on
<br /> the tract of land described in Exhibit A attached hereta and made a part hereof by reference.
<br /> 'I'he drainuge easement granted herein to the Ciry of Grand Island shall be subject to the
<br /> following mutual terms and conditions:
<br /> a. The Gtantors reserves the right to tise the tract of real estate described in Exhibit A
<br /> including the waters located thereon,iii any manner not inconsistent with or in�'erogation.of die
<br /> drainage easement conveyed herein to the Grantee and may enlarge,reduce or reconfigure the lake
<br /> located on the Gr�.tors'rcal estate as the Grtantors deems necessary and prudent.
<br /> b. The Grantee may introduce waters into the Iake through either the nateual�rainage
<br /> existing at the time of this conveyance or by means of a weir and undergmund conduit from the lake
<br /> located in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter(S'/z SW 1/�)oF Section 27,Tawnship 11 North,
<br /> - Range 9 West of the 6th p.m.in Hall County,Nebraska,commonly known as Vanosciall Lake.The
<br /> source of the watecs subject to this drainage easement shall be limited to the lands shown on diagram
<br /> - Exhibit"B"attached hento and made a part hereof.
