202001801 <br />others having a like right, at all times hereafter with or without vehicles of any description for all <br />purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of Zlomke Property for whatever purpose the <br />said land may be from time to time lawfully used and enjoyed, to pass and re -pass along <br />Sanchez's Property so established for the purpose of providing access to Zlomke Property in <br />connection with all uses to which Zlomke Property might be put. <br />2. It is the intention of the parties hereto that the easement described herein shall be <br />perpetual and shall constitute a covenant that shall run with the land for the benefit of Zlomke <br />property. <br />3. The easement granted herein is specifically subject to the reservation by Sanchez <br />that the same may be used by Sanchez, their heirs, successors and assigns and they shall in no <br />way be bound to construct or maintain the private drive upon Sanchez's real estate and shall in <br />no way assume any liability or responsibility to Zlomke, their heirs, successors and assigns or <br />any other person using said private drive. <br />4.
