202001655 <br />AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS, AND CONDITIONS FOR THE <br />"AMICK ACRES SUBVDIVISION" AND THE "AMICK ACRES <br />SECOND SUBDIVISION" LOCATED IN HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />This Amended Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions, and Conditions <br />for the,�mick Acres Subdivision and the Amick Acres Second Subdivision is made this <br />day of , 7yFA't / , 2020, by the Amick Acres Homeowners <br />Association, a Nebraska Nonprofit corporation (the "Declarant"). <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and resolve of a majority of the lot owners of the <br />Amick Acres Subdivision and the Amick Acres Second Subdivision to amend their <br />existing Agreement for Protective Covenants. The following is a history and the <br />reasoning for amending these covenants: <br />1. The "AMICK ACRES SUBDIVISION," hereinafter referred to as "Amick <br />Acres" or "Amick Acres 1st," was platted and created in 1968, and an Agreement for <br />Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for "Amick Acres", located in Hall <br />County, Nebraska was signed and executed by Carl R. Amick and Renee J. Amick, then <br />owners of all lots in Amick Acres, on September 19, 1968, and recorded with the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds office of Hall County, on September 20, 1968, in Book 18 of <br />Miscellaneous, Page 99, by Rose Ann Jacobsen, then Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />2. The "AMICK ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION," hereinafter referred to as <br />"Amick Acres 2nd" was platted and created in 1972, and an Agreement for Protective <br />Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for the "Amick Acres 2nd Subdivision", located <br />in Hall County, Nebraska was signed and executed by Carl R. Amick and Renee J. <br />Amick, then owners of all lots in the "Amick Acres Second Subdivision," on November <br />6, 1972, and recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds office of Hall County, on <br />January 11, 1973, in Book 214 of Miscellaneous, Page 122, by Rose Ann Jacobsen, then <br />Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />3. In 2019, Lot #10, Park Lot and Lake Lot #37 of Amick Acres and Lake Lot <br />#24 of Amick Acres 2nd Subdivision, and considered to be "common areas" of the <br />subdivisions were titled in the name of Renee J. Amick, one of the original owners, <br />creators and declarants of Amick Acres and Amick Acres 2nd Subdivision. <br />
