201907112 Section 1. Awnings. No awnings or sun screens of any type shall be affixed to any building or structure within the Properties without the written consent of the Architectural and Landscape Committee. Section 2. Livestock and Poultry Prohibited. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised or kept on any property in the Properties, except household pets. Household pets shall be defined as the normal domestic pets that reside within the home, Exotic or unusual pets of any kind, such as but not limited to snakes, pot belly pigs or any other that may be considered a wild animal will not be allowed any time, at no time may a pet run or confinement area of any nature be constructed on any lot. At no time may a pet be confined on a leash in the yard without an owner in attendance at all times. Pets will be under the control of the owner at all times. The Board of Directors may establish and revise from time to time rules and regulations limiting the kind, number, size, and activities of such pets. Section 3. Noxious Activity. No noxious, offensive or illegal activity shall be allowed on the Property nor shall any trash, ashes or other refuse be thrown, placed or dumped on the Properties, nor shall anything ever be done which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. Section 4. Outbuildings, Playground Equipment Prohibited. No outbuilding or other attached structure appurtenant to any residence may be erected on any Lot without the consent, in writing, of the Architectural and Landscape Committee. No playground equipment may be erected on any of the Lots without the consent, in writing, of the Architectural and Landscape Committee. Section 5. Temporary Structure. No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn or other outbuilding shall at any time be used for human habitation, temporarily or permanently, nor shall any structure of a temporary character be used for human habitation. Section 6. Gardens. No vegetable gardens shall be allowed on any Lot in the Properties, except for area not exceeding 80 square feet and shall be located within 20 feet of the outside perimeter of Park Gardens. All gardens are to be well maintained and shall be kept free of weeds at all times. The Board of Directors may establish and revise from time to time rules and regulations limiting the kind and level of maintenance of such gardens. Section 7. Antennas. Only small satellite or digital antennas will be allowed as long as the owner has prior approval of the Architectural and Landscape Committee, which in turn has the approval of the Board. All antennas shall be placed on the backside of the dwelling and shall be placed so that they are as unnoticeable as possible. Side building installation will be allowed only by special permission.
