201907112 <br />Section 1. Awnings. No awnings or sun screens of any type shall be affixed <br />to any building or structure within the Properties without the written consent of the <br />Architectural and Landscape Committee. <br />Section 2. Livestock and Poultry Prohibited. No animals, livestock or <br />poultry of any kind shall be raised or kept on any property in the Properties, except <br />household pets. Household pets shall be defined as the normal domestic pets that <br />reside within the home, Exotic or unusual pets of any kind, such as but not limited <br />to snakes, pot belly pigs or any other that may be considered a wild animal will not <br />be allowed any time, at no time may a pet run or confinement area of any nature be <br />constructed on any lot. At no time may a pet be confined on a leash in the yard <br />without an owner in attendance at all times. Pets will be under the control of the <br />owner at all times. The Board of Directors may establish and revise from time to <br />time rules and regulations limiting the kind, number, size, and activities of such pets. <br />Section 3. Noxious Activity. No noxious, offensive or illegal activity shall <br />be allowed on the Property nor shall any trash, ashes or other refuse be thrown, <br />placed or dumped on the Properties, nor shall anything ever be done which may be <br />or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. <br />Section 4. Outbuildings, Playground Equipment Prohibited. No outbuilding <br />or other attached structure appurtenant to any residence may be erected on any Lot <br />without the consent, in writing, of the Architectural and Landscape Committee. No <br />playground equipment may be erected on any of the Lots without the consent, in <br />writing, of the Architectural and Landscape Committee. <br />Section 5. Temporary Structure. No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, <br />barn or other outbuilding shall at any time be used for human habitation, temporarily <br />or permanently, nor shall any structure of a temporary character be used for human <br />habitation. <br />Section 6. Gardens. No vegetable gardens shall be allowed on any Lot in the <br />Properties, except for area not exceeding 80 square feet and shall be located within <br />20 feet of the outside perimeter of Park Gardens. All gardens are to be well <br />maintained and shall be kept free of weeds at all times. The Board of Directors may <br />establish and revise from time to time rules and regulations limiting the kind and <br />level of maintenance of such gardens. <br />Section 7. Antennas. Only small satellite or digital antennas will be allowed <br />as long as the owner has prior approval of the Architectural and Landscape <br />Committee, which in turn has the approval of the Board. All antennas shall be placed <br />on the backside of the dwelling and shall be placed so that they are as unnoticeable <br />as possible.
