201907112 <br />Section 8. Vehicle Maintenance. No one shall fix or repair vehicles on any <br />property in the Properties, except minor routine repairs of vehicles owned by the <br />resident of each lot within the Properties. The Board of Directors may establish and <br />revise from time to time rules and regulations pertaining to the fixing or repairing of <br />any vehicles. <br />Section 9. Parking of Vehicles. No trucks, trailers, boats, motor homes, <br />campers, equipment, machinery or cars not in daily use shall be parked, located or <br />otherwise maintained on any Lot, parking areas, street or Common Area in the <br />Properties. Regulations as set out by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the <br />United State Postal Service shall also apply, to specifically include, but not be <br />limited to the following: <br />City of Grand Island City Code, Section 22-99: It shall be unlawful for any <br />person to park any vehicle or to permit such vehicle to stand at one location <br />upon the streets or upon any public "fee parking" lot for a period longer than <br />seventy-two hours. <br />U.S. Postal Service Regulation 623.2 Blocked Mail Receptacles: The <br />customer is responsible for keeping the approach to the mailbox clear to <br />facilitate delivery. If the carrier continually experiences a problem in <br />servicing curbside boxes and where the customer is able to control access or <br />on -street parking in front of his or her mailbox but does not take prompt <br />corrective action after being properly notified, the postmaster may, with the <br />approval of the District Manager withdraw service delivery. <br />Section 10. Storage/Placement of Items. No Garbage cans, clotheslines or <br />clothes hangers may be placed on any Lot or used unless completely concealed from <br />view of any adjoining Lot. <br />Section 11. Wood Piles. Woodpiles shall be located within 20' of the <br />outside perimeter of Park Gardens. <br />Section 12. Garage doors. Garage doors shall remain closed at all times <br />except when being used for movement of vehicles or other items in and out of such <br />structure. <br />Section 13. Signage. No signs of any nature shall be placed upon any lot <br />which may be seen by any owner, occupant or passers-by; however, signs advertising <br />specific property within the Association for sale or rent by the owner or realtors shall <br />be allowed. <br />Page 10 of 1:If <br />
