<br />any buildings or siructures thereon and further to contract with
<br />others lor the management o[ such real estate, and to grant to
<br />such others all of the powers with respect_ to such real estate
<br />usual in real estate management contracts/ to contract with any
<br />person tor teasing of such real estate for periods of time,
<br />including periods longer than my life, and without regard to the
<br />termination of this Power of Attorney, at such rents, and subject
<br />to such conditions as my attorney shall see tit, and let any such
<br />person into possession thereof; to execute all such leases and
<br />contracts as shall be necessary or proper, and to give notice to
<br />quit to any tenant thereof, and to receive and recover from all
<br />tenants thereof, or any part thereof, all rents, arrears of cent,
<br />and sums of money which now are, or shall hereafter become due
<br />and payable in respect thereof, and upon non-payment. thereof, to
<br />Lake all necessary actions for terminating the tenancy or
<br />occupation such tenants or occupiers, and for ejecting the
<br />rants nr occupiers and recovering the possession thereof.
<br />G. To Sell or Exchange Real or Personal Estate. To sell,
<br />either at public or private sale or exchange all or any pact or
<br />parts of my real estate or personal property, for such
<br />consideration, payable immediately, or upon such terms as my
<br />attorney shall deem advisable, and to execute and deliver good
<br />and sufficient deeds, bills of sale, endorsements, assignments,
<br />or other instruments tor the conveyance or transfer of the same,
<br />with such covenants of warranty, or otherwise as my attorney
<br />shall see [it, and to give good and sufficient receipts for all
<br />or any part of the purchase price or other consideration. This
<br />power shall apply to property owned by me individually or owned
<br />iointly by me and any other person.
<br />7. To Make Loans and Borrow Money. To make loans and
<br />borrow money for any purpose, on such terms, with or without
<br />security, as my said attorney may determine, and to pledge or
<br />mortgage any property owned by me as security for such loan or
<br />loans.
<br />G. To Deposit Funds, Withdraw, Invest and Otherwise Deal
<br />with Tangible Property. To deposit any funds payable to me, and
<br />Lo withdraw any of such funds, or any "Lher (onda to which T am
