<br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that 1, DONALD JOHN
<br />SCHROEDER, of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, have
<br />made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make,
<br />constitute and appoint MICHAEL JOHN SCHROEDER of Orlando, Orange
<br />County, State of Florida, and RHONDA ANN DECKER of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, my true and lawful co -attorneys
<br />for me and in my name, place and stead, and on my behalf, to do
<br />everything requisite or necessary in the handling, conserving and
<br />management of my affairs. Either of the above-named Co -Attorneys
<br />may act on his or her own.
<br />1. To Receive Debts, Payments and Property. Tc receive all
<br />sums of money, debts, and property of whatever nature or
<br />description which now are, or hereafter shall be or become due,
<br />owing, payable or belonging to me, and upon receipt thereof, or
<br />any port thereot, Lu Mdke, sign, execute and deliver such
<br />receipts, releases or other disharges for the same, as my said
<br />attorney shall deem ridvisahle.
<br />2. To Settle Accounts. To settle any account whatsoever
<br />wherein 1 now am, or at any time hereafter shall be, interested,
<br />or concerned, with any person whomsoever, and to pay or receive
<br />any balance that may be due thereon; to settle, compromise, or
<br />submit to arbitration any debt or demand due to me, or concerning
<br />me, as my attorney shall think best, and for that purpose to
<br />enter into and execute and deliver such bonds of arbitration or
<br />other instruments as my attorney may deem advisable -
<br />3. To Satisfy Security Interests and Mortgages. To receive
<br />every sum of money which now is, or hereafter shall be, clue or
<br />payable to me upon the security or by virtue of any security
<br />interest or agreement or morLgage, and on receipt of the full
<br />amount secured thereby, to execute a good and sufficient release
<br />or other discharge of such security interest by mortgage, trust
<br />deed or otherwise.
<br />4. To Prosecute and Defend. TO prosecute,
<br />discontinue or defwid all actions or other legal proceedings
<br />involved in my estae, ()L any part Lhereof.
<br />5. To Manage and Develop Real Estate, Receive Rents and
<br />Lease Property, Tr lt, manacle, dev(Aop and improve any real
<br />estate, or any part threof, that 1 may own, and to repair or
<br />ol.her.wise improve, ,Ic.vrop, a1ter or reconstruct, and Lc insure
