Delete from the Note, Mortgage and Regulatory <br />Agreement, wherever they appear, the words and figures One <br />Million One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars <br />($1,194,700.00) and insert in lieu thereof One Million One <br />Hundred Eighty Thousand Six Hundred ($1,180,600.00). <br />2. Delete from the Note the monthly payment figure of <br />Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and 46/100 ($9,215.46) and <br />insert in lieu thereof Nine Thousand One Hundred Six and 70/100 <br />($9,106.70). <br />3.
