<br />THIS AGREEMENT, made tine. 27th day of July, 1989, by and
<br />between Greater Nebraska Independent Housing, Inc.,- a Nebraska
<br />nonprofit corporation, having its principal place of business
<br />at 1804 S. Eddy Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />t (hereinafter' referred to as '"Mortgagor "),. and the United States
<br />of America acting by and through the Secretary of Housing and
<br />Urban: ;pevelopment, with an o•fEice at Omaha, Nebraska
<br />,(hereinafter referred to an "Mortg4,0e ") .
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, the Mortgagor has executed and delivered' to the
<br />Mortgagee its certai'm.:• Note dated March 22, 1980-vi i; n the -amount
<br />�}- of $1,194,700, securdd by `a Mortgage of even 6e thetewith,
<br />filed on' the dates and recorded in the offices o' 'the Registers: .-' '
<br />of Deeds identified.`•in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which
<br />Mortgatle covers certain real and personal property situated ifc
<br />the State of Nebraska, as described in such Exhibit; and said
<br />Mortgage and Note are incorporated herein by this reference;'

<br />WHEREAS, the Mortgagor has executed and d4li:vered to the
<br />Mortgagee a Regulatory Agreement dated March 21, 1988, which
<br />was filed immediately : after the filing of 4,ha Indktgage with' th"a --
<br />Registers of Deeds set forth in Exhibit *A"'..:'attached - hiareto,.
<br />which Regulatory Aq�eement covers certain real. and personal
<br />property, situated. in khe State of Nebraska, .as'..d scribed in''
<br />such Exhibit;
<br />WHEREAS, it has now been determined that 'the 6ilginal
<br />mortgage amount of $1,i$4,700 must be reduced;
<br />WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the monthly
<br />payments set .dut in the Note dated March 2,2, ''1988 of $9,215.46
<br />must be reduced;
<br />WHERT1ASp. all principal and interest payments under the

<br />NOW, THEREFOk , in consideration of $1.00 and other
<br />valuable.. consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
<br />are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to amend the
<br />terms of said Note, Mortgage and Regulatory Agreement, with
<br />respect to principal and payments to interest and principal as
<br />follows:
