Drainagr The Subdivider agrees to grade the subdivision in conjunction with <br />the new structures thereon so that storm water drains to the public right -of -way or other <br />approved facility, as approved by the City's Director of Public Works. <br />S. Flood Hazard, A portion of the subdivision along the southerly boundary of <br />the lots is within the delineated floodway. Accordingly, au structures, fill, or storage of <br />materials or equipment shall be placed within the Uehneated fkxodway area of the <br />subdivision. <br />6. Sidewalks The Subdivider, if still the owner of the land in the proposed <br />subdivision, or if the Subdivider shall have transferred title to the property, then the various <br />grantees thereof, will install, at their own expense, all public sidewalks as required by the <br />Grand Island City Code when each lot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be regulated and <br />required with the building permit for each such lot. <br />7. Warranty. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider, warrants that it is the owner <br />in fee simple of the land described wd proposed to be known as RIVERSIDE VILLAS <br />SUBMNISION, and than an abstract of title will be submitted for examination, if necessary, <br />upon request of the City of Grand Island. <br />8.
