r � <br />90-105789 <br />along the arc of a 75 foot radius curve to the right a distance of <br />one hundred forty -six and sixty -two hundredths (146.62) feet <br />(long chord 124.36 - long chord bearing S 85° 27'59" Vii to the <br />most northerly corner of said Lot Two (2), Regency By the <br />Green 2nd Subdivision; thence S 51° 28'03" W along and upon <br />the northwesterly line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of one <br />hundred seventy and eight - hundredths (170.08) feet to the point <br />of beginning, and containing 3.440 acres, more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of land which is located within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Grand island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate xwp and plat of such <br />proposed subdivision, to be known as RIVERSIDE VILLAS SUBDIVISION, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging <br />to such subdivision, with the lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and <br />proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the Cigy Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as .° s <br />to accuracy of survey by a rc&tered land surveyor, and to contain a cmication of the <br />easements to the use and benefit of public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of <br />the plat of said RIVERSIDE VILLAS SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and 1 <br />agrees with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense <br />'?Eta$• <br />the following improvements: <br />I.
